There are some pictures on this thread:

It's on private personal land so is a members only deal, there will be an open race and a regional race this year to start with.

Berms will be getting tarmac in mid summer.

The track belongs to Josh Peters' dad who built it primarily as a training ground for young Josh.  I believe Josh ran out of Royston last year but there must be a club formed to run the Regional.  James Goodwin's uncle Ian Farr is something to do with the Club and will be keeping me informed of its activities.  I'm hoping to be able to get along to the Regional when they run it.  Humps

That track looks the nuts.  I might have to give Ian a bell and see if we can get a session going on down there

Rides well but a bit stodgy at the mo due to the weather, pro gate all fitted and running....once the tarmac is down in the better weather it will be excellent.....long way round too......gonna need some stamina to get round thats for sure  :daumenhoch:

You guys in Essex are going to be so lucky soon as I know plans of another track to be built just 25 miles away from Braintree and this one will be on private property too.  Can't say more at this stage as it's in its infantcy but knowing the guys behind it it's going to be something special, a riding complex rather like The-Track in Portreath!!  Way hay!!  Humps

got an email off sharon peters about what they will be doing heres a snipet

"we are offering training and practice days with top class coaches on an international standard track, but will not be running a club series for the time being. when the weather eventually takes a turn for the better we will be tarmacing the berms making the track more rideable all year through."

so early days yet roll on the summer  :daumenhoch:
