Right BITD all I remember is that they were the tyres to have - dont remember who made them or what was really written on the side wall - just recognised that tread pattern....anyway it seems that Tioga Mitsuboshis are the way to go, Comp III wise, nowadays.

Are these the same people that made them BITD? I definately dont remember rainbows all over them?

Just bought a pair and they look gash - the two halves of the tyre are about half a cm out so the treads all pissed down the middle - oh and theyre made in the Phillipines. Who and where where the original 80s one made anyone? Cheers Steve

tioga are the originals and  most sought after , but cheng shin are a close second , but stick to skinwall not gumwall these tend to be the cheep shit type like you've probably bought
