went to roll in and ramp top was busy started larfing at radhab as hit his wheel then remember getting up of the floor in loads of pain lol
but did manage to punch 808 on the punchball machine lol
so had enuf as not enjoying riding parks and keep doin meself in

I went over the bars myself yesterday at Daggers, and my ribs now feel a bit sore, but I`m not giving ya ya big softy

gary i was larfing at first then the pain kicked in
and tony man up lol thats the worse pain ive ever felt
apart from a heart attack which i have had two off lol
