The performer was just as influential as the Gen 1 in terms of taking a freestlye bike to the next level. They actually thought about it. The most UNDERATED bike that there is in old skool bmx.

However i didnt like the Performer from 86 onwards though. Just my opinion.

Although these are the most sought after in the US.

Really Iconic they are and look cool in so many different colour combos,Think the later ones are really extra like the neon blue and pink stickers etc and look a bit gaudy and daft.prefer the early ones nice and simple and understated.

You know the candy red one with black tuffs is that 85? or later?

Cool I like that one as well...when did the performer go all weird was in 87? Where the geometry is all over the top etc not struck on them.

I do like that candy red one too. I just didnt like the mags and colours that they introduced. Then they changed the geomatory.

i have got Blue Tuffs now, and i wouldnt swap 48s with gt hubs for tuffs anyway apart from that you have a deal

Haha I will still give you first dib dobs as promised when I get bored of them,spokes look ace on your GT BTW something different...I prefer spokes to tuffs so my next build will be a spoker for sure.

Yeah Dave's performer was cool as BITD...Think kawasaki where his co-sponsor not so sure so don't quote me.
