She didn't know-all of a sudden it was an old frame I'd had for ages!
I reckon a gentle filing as suggested already would make them heaps better, otherwise depending on where you are Sawzall could be your man, not too expensive TBH though and anyone who is good with welding equipment should be able to fill in the washer marks for a few quid .
