From what i can gather Daz from a forum in the US, they have opened them now as Hutch are about to launch their repops and these pedals may not be worth as much as they are now. $:-\$ $:-\$

I have never owned a set and never will. They are a top part for a build but DX's are far better value imo. Cant really use DX's though on a race setup. $:-\$

He seems like a nice bloke. Love his collection.

Seems like Haney is his hero!! Bet Haney has earnt a shit load out of him.

Wicked find though and he aint stupid. Repops are gonna fook Hutch stuff up. Best out them now.

I have/had seen a few in non printed boxs.......possibly something to do with factory rider issue?? only what i've heard.

they did as got a pair in a box here that i bought before prices went stupid but have seen them in plain box`s but unknown if original as box`s looks flimsy compared to original box

Honestly dont think the repops will affect prices that badly, collectors still want the read deal.

Rather he opened them cos you can only sit and look at a cardboard box for so long before you get bored. Hardly a collection centre piece as a sealed brown shipping carton.

Now an opened carton, even with na few sets sold off would be more interesting, cos at least you can see the contents. The pedals after all is what its all about.

Ive seen similar in the past with unopened cartons of 80's Star Wars figures. Theres part of you says you shouldnt open them, but the value isnt in the box its in the contents.
