The only other riders i can spot in your pic Neil are Mark Andrews and the Raleigh duo Jon Hills & Steve Matthews. The guy beside you looks fast though!
Pic 2 behind Alex H are Martyn Peal, Matt Hughes and the battle not to be last between BB & yours truly ( 6se ).
Simon Horton in last in pic 3 ( 5656 ).

I lived in Herne Bay and raced a couple of times at the track... just by the tip... Never did very well though!

Dave, i think the guy coming up the inside is Neil Roffey, and don't forget Tony Pickford at the back in Patterson clober...
think this may well have been the first time i raced Neil, and was very suprised to have some competition, gave me a really good run for my money on the 1 se plate that year...until he got that horrible sling-shot...bungee jump bike

I'm not sure Neil, this guy looks a bit shorter than i remember Neil Roffey was. He was very tall i seem to recall!

i thought that earlier, when i spotted the torker race top, but not sure, something looks too different, guess i'll have to look back through old photos, to check what lid and pants he had in them, but could very well be
