for those that don't frequent the technical section....needed a little pick me up, after some lack lustre performances (blinking knee)
so wanted to make some changes to my bike, but short on cash...any hows heres what i've done...love it? / hate it?

me i love it....just need to get some chrome cranks onto it, and a half way decent wheelset then i'll be pleased.

just awaiting on decals from Del, then roll on the bay on sunday...or do i keep it clean for hayes???

i'd thrash it at the bay and avoid Hayes, word is it's a mud bath there atm

problem is hayes is a regional, so need to stick to o/s, but the bay, i kow is too long for my knee to keep going the whole day, and cruiser runs smoother when i have to scoot it

yep, scooting, had to resort to that at peckham for the last straight of the final....can't help it if knee don't wanna know, brain still wants to

according to my physio light cycle riding to build up strength and stop cartiledge fusing is allowed....don't think he knows what BMX is

oh thats right he said on the flat and on tarmac

i already have a yellow flow panel, and until i started back and the number come off on the A2, that showed a No 1 too!

But andy...pink plates...make me an offer, my three year old daughter has a picture of me and her in a flying pink elephant at a fun fair, that i promised i'd see if Big Daddy could make into a plate for me when i got some spare cash...

i don't hang onto the past, just a plate....that used to say #1, SE,FF,BB,HBF in 15Z, but had to put the 7 on, as already an official #1 knocking about

I like that much better than the purple it was before, it's a different bike. It looks mint !

I don't like the sound of all that mud at Hayes, but at least the chrome will be easy to clean. Looking forward to seeing it in the flesh (and mud).
