Changing seat guts

So I got a os seat off the bay and the guts are slightly twisted-it doesnt sit completely flat-can I pull the guts out of another saddle-are they removable?

Some seats you can take them out and replace, pics would be useful  :daumenhoch:

I managed to remove seat guts by immersing the seat in boiling water for about 10 mins, the plastic was flexible enough to remove them (burnt my hand though  :LolLolLolLol:)

heating with a hair dryer also works, removed the rails on one just the other week with this method, hot water for refitting...
