Your Skyway platform clamps at the seat post are upside down the bolts on the clamps around the platform should be to the top thus lowering the platform down in unison with the top tube..

Beautiful bike well done....


Check the skyway advert  at the top and zoom in

I reckon either way, the small clamps have a sort of knurling on the round end; for grip maybe?
