you can build up the dent with a brazing rod and oxy-acetylene then file and sand to the correct profile  :daumenhoch:

I toyed with the idea of using an off-the-shelf metal filling compound, sanding it down to shape and then getting the rims proffesionaly sprayed in a chrome or metalic silver with a candy blue or red over or just a metalic blue or red straight on first, to try and give an anodised look but i don't know if this would work - any one else sprayed rims to try and achieve an anodised look ?  ???

I might just do that  :LolLolLolLol:

To be honest this is very similar to some of the products i've been looking at, there's a few out there - I just didn't know if any of them could be chromed. It would be nice to know of someone who has used it and had chrome applied before spending your hard earned at the chromers only to find out that they look lovely apart from the filled blobs where the chrome didn't take  :-[

Hmmmm..... Still don't know whether to fill and chrome or fill and spray  :-\

Have a word with the chromers, maybe they can help you out with filling the dents

this will only work on frames as they will take the heat , for dents in wheels can you get behind the dent to work it out ?

Thing is they're more like little chunks missing rather than dents that can be tapped out  :LolLolLolLol:
