i held a little jam there last july. little pre MK08 gig, track was in poor but rideable condition. whilst on facebook today there's an invite to a 4x mtb event at the end of march. so it got me to thinking how the track is, so i decided to take a wonder over today. got confronted whilst taking some photos by a lad called billy cheetham. pro downhiller. he's pretty much behind the redevelopment of the track. its being revamped with spades and a lot of hard work by local volunteers, they've had a £3k grant so far which they tarmacced a troublesome berm with the weather, another grant will be along in april to redress the track in proper surface. here's the latest pics. trails are looking good too!

i went over there last week to have a look, much better than it was before. they are meant to be redoing all the jumps in the next couple of weeks so should be good.

the trails are gonna be fun to when they finished
