a nice 4 inch circumference bruise on my elbow

Not that I'm accident prone or owt
but last week I was carrying a 40 kg roll of lead down the ladder off the roof and about the 6 th rung from the ground ( about 5ft )
I missed it and fell backwards

onto a led down fridge freezer

I've always been the same , so I'm used to it

just feel sorry for you lot racing with me

i was once carrying a roll 1200 lead and managed to get to the top of the ladder but just didnt have the strength to get off onto scaffolding ,was stood with lead on me shoulder struggling for what seemed bout an hour before lad i waas working with came round scaffold and took it off me .wasnt half hour was about 3 or 4 minutes lol
