A couple of questions about dying..........
« on: January 22, 2009, 11:20 PM »
....so I read Wax's seat dying guide a while back and i read it again recently, and although kashis, elinas and some others are mentioned, has anyone ever dyed a Viscount MX ?

.......also i've got a rather faded but very nice condition pair of red mongoose grips (must have been used somewhere sunny BITD  ;D ) I was toying with the idea of chucking them in for a short while with the seat (if i can do it) but i'm worried they might get fooked up or turn into goo  ???

If the seat is nylon it should be ok, the grips won't work though this has been tried out a few times - if the dye does take it tends to rub off easily ???
