Bobby Encinas / Shimano Pads ????

I have had these pads for ages and had/have no idea what they are for  I knew i had seen the lightning bolt somewhere before but couldn't remember where  so while i was doing a bit of moochin on ebay for shimano dx    i come across where i had seen it before

If you look at the lightning bolt and the fonts they look the same to me  What do you reckon 
I don't know much about encinas but there is a nice replica of his mongoose over on bmx museum

The shimano DX pads had shimano DX written on, not just BMX.
Those looks like generic copies to me.

I had a funny feeling they may be copies  as i remember seeing the shimano ones a few years back on ginni's with shimano on them . i think they were blue 
I suppose they would be ok if someone was making a cheap encinas copy
