Can you date these Tuffs?

As the title states..
What Tuffs are these, i know they are SKYWAY Tuffs but i have no idea on the age/era, thought i would throw it to the gurus..

they're the OE wheels off the Streetstyler completes aren't they?
Guess that makes them mid to lates 80s, someone will be more accurate soon I'm sure.
Think these were on the completes from about 87, but they might have been around a bit earlier.

yes you are correct, i can't see the picture but i'm guessing they are the 6 spoked ones? as Joe said they came as OE wheels on the street beats and also on mongoose decades as far as i know??
