I think its early 00s, Kappa were making a lot of nice stuff a few years ago, they even made a very nice set of repo Aerospeeds

Kappa did two runs of trickstar lookalike frame and forks and you could choose what options you went with, Heres mine when it was built up (its currently sat as a frame and fork in my loft awaiting rebuilding:-
