Are you after a regular seatpost?  Thats how I read your post....

If so, I have a chrome 1" post here.  It's a ramp room made one (not that its too important on a seatpost I suppose), that I ran on my Condor for years.

Any good to you?

nah its a pivotal post I am after, got a pivotal seat that needs using and this is just gonna be a bike to mess about on so not worried about keeping it orginal or anything

As previously mentioned, chase up the Macneil post. It's something like 300 or 330mm long.  Rare though.....

custom riders do a 1 inch pivotal in not silly stumpy size, so thats that sorted hopefully! cheers for the advice guys
