I thought i would leave it up just so everyone can take the pi....., 

in nursing we an have approved abreviations list, could we not do the same, i am sure there will be more that i dont get, the last one before this one was LMK  , i had worked it out but i like to know for sure. i think i best shut up as i aint doing my profession any favours.
