i was out of action for 9 months when i shatterd me left foot
couldnt walk or even drive was on the arch of me foot that took the worse
broke that in 3 peices front wasnt attached to the back lol

no piccies  but my knee is fooked and hurts like fook in the cold

lesson for anyone who aint rode a bike in 20 yrs   walk before you run  :-\ 

ahhhhh I will always remember the first day i met the old school boys at rOm  :2funny:

i don't ride ramps no more as messed up my knee years ago on a 360 whip attempt.
never regained full movement so don't fancy a kneeslide of death... :LolLolLolLol:
