got me brake all sorted on it's Ad  plate then the next day my super cheap forks arrived from generallee.
got the loop nice and small, could maybe goa bit smaller, it's a real neat job.

nope just regular dirt from my garden Rob, it;s funny to look at the tyre it doesn't look anywhere near as dirty as in that pic,
the macro function picks up all the detail

Not at the mo,  but I do fancy fitting a spoke instead of a straddle cable. Saw it on someones bike a while ago and thought it looked cool.  He claimed it worked better....


I also liked this idea but Ive never done it. I first saw it on Cornwall Mikes bike. I can see how it might stop the "droop" you sometimes get on the straddle cable, esp if youve got the spring tension nice and low. I wanted to use spoke nipples to hold the spokes so you could use the thread to get the brake central. It wouldnt be hard, Ive just never got round to it.

I`ve done a slightly less drastic Noodle Mod on my 06 Sport and i can`t half tell the difference in the braking !!! it lets me run a shorter run of cable to compensate for the wider Kneesaverbars it has on ..looks much tidier as well !! i reckon i can go a way shoter yet too!!
With Bacofoil and a Battering Ram !
