no thats some sort of track bike with old school stickers.

there were loads of em in London on the cycle london day with all manner of old school bmx stickers on,

Thanks, I thought that would be the case. Its for sale for 700 of your english pounds and is advertised as a DP firebird.  Googled it and couldn't find it.

but that'd be quite a rare bike, so you'd be stupid to nick it and advertise it on t'internet...but then thieves are often retards.

yeah that's what worries me, the owners of these bikes on the cycle day all had old school stickers but i don't think they'd try to sell them as "DP Firebird" but then would a dishonest seller know what the bike really was? probably not.

the track bike dudes just want some cool stickers for their bikes, it's quite neat, but to sell it as "firebird" is a bit odd, which led me to my question: "is it nicked?"

Not nicked he has lots for sale PK Ripper etc.
There all track bikes with BMX stickers being sold under false pretences with rather large price tags.

I have this for fitness training etc.
