USA BB removal

ive installed an incorrect length spacer in my BB and need to remove just one cup, but I dont want to hammer against the bearing.
Is there a way?  I cant get at the cup cos the tube spacer is in the fuggin way.   :tickedoff:

No Hammer is the only way & a big one  >:D

The extension bar from a 1/2" socket set works pretty good  :)

I nearly did the same thing at the weekend :idiot2:

as already said a big hammer,if you'd greased the cups before insterting{ooh mother!!} it might make the job a bit easier

No worries just get a real of PVC tape and stick plenty round the end of the bar, it acts as a cushion  ;) or tape a piece of wood 2 the end that works stops the damage 2 the anno  :daumenhoch:
