looks a bit short to me! maybe it's out of proportion due to fotoshop meddeling. Could have been a hothart that got it's hart removed?

Headtube looks a different angle, and the top one's gusset looks shorter too.

yeah i think 16" might be the size. It screams re-pop/wrong to me! I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole
