Is there anything that will let me run Saint cranks in a US BB shell???

Yeah you need US to Euro BB convertor cups.

Watch the chainline as Saints weren't designed to fit BMX frames.

I've used a Gusset us to euro bb converter for the past couple of seasons and no probs at all,like Mike says though.....watch the chain alignment and make sure you fettle with the 3 washers they give you,depending on what your set up is but more than likely 2 on the drive side and 1 on the other.
