Yes Dwain, i knew they were made in limited no.'s but i've been hering loads of no.'s like 7,8 and 12 i dunno but all i know is that i sort of wish they wouldnt make this re-pop as this is an extremely rare bike so i wouldnt make copy's off it...

P.S. is that Richie Anderson's? or a look a like?

i dont mind the "retro thing" if its done properly
i think SE have got it spot on with there retro range.
it could never mistaken for the original but is unmistakenly
oldschool.

kuwahara and skyway frames are a little to close to the original and
could be passed off as the real deal the the uninitiated.
haro have totally lost the plot with their offerings

got to say i aint a fan of the repo parts like profile box cranks though.

but as a daily rider a 24" skyway could be soooooo coooool !!!!!

Yeh i guess that would be pretty cool but if they are well priced, look at the 08 24" Quadangle f+f in the RADBMX shop... only £175!! bloody bargain if you ask me! and i totally agree that SE, Kuwahara and Skyway do their retro's very good but Haro are doing not so good!

Ed is the only one who would be able to help you I think , the 20" F+F may be next in line ( one with NS geometry ) then maybe 24's .

I predict they might be ready in 2011

I think Richie Anderson's old 24TA is in the museum , it's still owned by Rod Miles .

Top notch I have that skyway pic on file

...I think my chances of you getting one though are pretty slim my friend...you have probably got more chance of finding a mike dominguez products frameset...or a nos gold woody hutch.

The fun is in the chase I am on the look out for the following boxed nos aerospeeds,haro sport gen1 boxed,it is going to be a very very long chase.

According to Ed the next Skyway project should be a retro 24" Skyway, as stated on his site....

"We are planning on bringing the Skyway name back to the track, with a RETRO 24" model that will feature all of today's modern technology! 1-1/8" headtubes, V-brake mounts, along with Modern-day race sizing and geometry!"

So basically a NS version of the Skyway cruiser. I just hope the retro's have a euro bb. I believe they could be available late 2009.

Figure the timescale on the 20" they just did & they had all the tubing and drawings already .
