interesting,i have a pair that have been painted too.
nitromors should be ok as long as you dont leave it on too long and wire wool it off as soon as the paint pickles.
i am gonna try it tomorrow!

Holy sh!t - who paints a wheel like that ?

Looks like you've got you're work cut out there mate - you could try a heat gun paint stripper but i don't think they'd run true when you were done !

Use a hard plastic or even hard wood scraper, wont damage the tuff.
Also paint stripper shouldnt be a problem, put the stripper on the paint in small areas, wait for it to soften then a quick scrape and everything will be ok. Its the temptation to walk away and leave it for half an hour where things go wrong.

get your water proofs on then give em a good blasting with your pressure washer

and karcher do a sand blasting attachment for the pressure washers ,,a differant lance and a bucket of media  :daumenhoch:

good work!
started mine this afternoon, nitromors gets the paint off nice, and doesnt damage the tuff at all :daumenhoch:
its all the nooks and crannies that take the time.
messy job but u gotta stick at it.
its best to get most of it off, rinse it then let it dry.
next get all the little bits off with a semi sharp screwdriver.
after that,brake rub needs removing.
then mine will need bleaching.
still, keeps me off the streets :daumenhoch:

Nice work mate  :daumenhoch:
Looks like the paint has protected the colour as well - they don't look too faded at all in the pics  ;)
So what are they going on ?
