redline built pretty much middle of the road frame and forks back in the early eighties, with not very well thought out geometry (forks angled too far forward, and seat post tube too laid back), but they came up trumps with the crank set, whats all that about? one of the cheapest framesets with one of the most expensive crankset, though i never saw a redline crankset on a redline frame in a shop window!!!

oh! ok! it seems i am shot down, i was referring to the mx11 as i dont recall seeing anyone with a pl20, i think we had nothing but mx11's around here, and i had one myself, maybe that was a lower end speck frame and forks compared to the pl20, no offence intended...
here's my mx11, candy red f+f+bars.... not quite finished though...
Are the 500a/ 600a Redlines rarer than most OS bikes?There are (or seem to be) lots of mongooses, skyways, burners about...do RLs have less of a following on the OS scene?
