BULLY PISTON
« on: January 26, 2006, 11:43 PM »
who knows anything about this bike? i bought frame and forks new when i was about 15 in 1992 i guess and i've still got it.

i painted it about ten years ago so i've got no reference for stickers but it was black and red and has chrome forks. the graphics were a sort of rose with barbwire and stuff (well rock and roll)  i think the head tube sticker was some sort of fist but i'm not sure.

if anyone has even heard of this bike i'd be surprised but any pics or info would be cool..

 cheers for lookin fellas :daumenhoch:

yeah i googled it and they still make a bully piston, it must be american but its shockingly sh!t... like proper SH!T..  when i got mine though i thought it was pretty cool.  i think i paid about a £100 for the f+f.. dunno what that sort of money would have got in those days, it wasn't top end or anything but they must have gone downhill

I actually have the bully piston stickerset in my collection, I had to pay a small fortune for it a few years ago.
thats definatly from the late RL days before he left the industry.

here is the only pic i can get .... (webcam) .....
my other camera is in the repairers.

In regards to scanning, this will be tough since they are wider than A4.

I paid close to £60 for them as the idiot I bought them from (Canada) insured them and valued them at some silly price so i got hit with import tax also at the time.

Scan it in 2 halves, piece of pee for whoever you get to redo them to join back together before tracing them. Just make sure the 2 halves overlap  ;)

Anyone remember Perry Mervar, The flatlander out of Indiana who rode for Bully back in the 90's?
I still have my copy of Slowride which I still watch regularly and I am still blown away by Perry's riding each time I watch it.
