Hartlepool Track Changes
« on: November 18, 2008, 04:49 PM »
Just a quick heads up for any of the NE massive planning on using the track at Summerhill over the coming weeks / months.

The diggers are going in on the weekend of the 29th of Nov to make some subtle modifications.

Am not revealing too much but the entire 4 straight its getting re build into a new fashionable rythm section as well as being lengthened by 13m.  New stuff will be going into the 5th straight which is also getting 13m added to it.  We are not sure if the works will be completed over a weekend (I doubt it) so these are off limits from the 29th onwards!

If you want to hit up the table top - bomb hole of doom - step up combo for the last time I would get down soon!

The extra 26m is going into a flat uphill section, we are that new school you see.

Am not giving too much away but suffice to say Rythm shall be a dancer!

In the style of the Victoria Harbour Project it is on hold untill these works are completed.

Essentially all clubs are having to raise their game in order to compete at national level, this is one element of us raising ours.

Watch this space!

The pink is the ghetto, I am suprised you out of town folk went in!

Here's the initial 4th straight layout, subject to subtle tweaks etc

It wouldn't be as peaky in real life as it will be made by someone who can draw!
