Hey People.
Right basiclly I have made this forum up to see if I can get some help on the training side of being a sucessful BMX racer. My regualr training i do at the moment are Sprints, running machines, bike training (going to 3 local tracks and the gym bikes), weights and 30 sit ups a night. The thing is i have seen massive improvement in my riding since i have started to do this, i have even moved 3 formulas up at my local club night racing events!!, i just want to expand my training further and harder and really be a slim, quick and powerful on a track and off the track... can anyone help??
