It was drier than chicksands by far on monday & today is near perfect! So it'll take some pretty severe weather to make it unrideable, i'm sure it'll be ok.

Keith I'm picking Matt up at about 9:30 in Exeter so you can imagine what time I'll be passing your place!! 'kin early!!

But, here's the plan. We drop back in on the way home so probably around midday. Will pass on the Hungry Horse but will deffo be at Chicky on the Sunday - Norwich will have to wait to another time. Humps

sounds good. or you can break the journey up by driving to ours fri nite & crashing in the caravan then less of a journey to Exeter. Either way is cool by me.

S'ok we'll just go to Woburn which is 15 mins from Chicksands, that place rocks too!!!

Nearest town/village Woburn Sands.

Trust me we'll enjoy it just as much!!!!!!!

If you check out the chicksands site it says the whole place is shut all weekend and they will let everyone know when it will reopen !!!!!!!!! my god I hope its soon , RED TAPE W##***S

It seems some of the land is owned by one corperation thats fine

& some of it by another thats being difficult.

Keith I wanna change my front tyre for something more grippy in the mud considering the weather we've been having,was in a local m/b shop today looking at tyres and chatting with a young assistant but what would you say as to a goods choice of tyre?

Oh and we'll have some fresh faces with us on sunday who are not bmxers and normally just do some free riding and trails so we'll have to get em to do some fun races on the 4x track

cool, dont forget we have a spare 4 bed house for you guys to stay in sat nite so invite some more people down sat!

Maxxis swamp things would be the tyre i'd go for, has to be a 'super tacky' or 'slow reezay' though. good tyres that work in wet or dry although when its dry you should take e'm off really.

Its good to support your local shop but if they cant get then chainreaction have e'm.
