Hutch Pro Racer and Pro Star frame sets

Can anyone tell me what the difference between the two frame sets are, if any?  I have an 83 Pre Serial USA made 19.5" TT chrome frame and 82 NOS forks which I want to build into a Pro Star if they're the same.  Thanks dudes

They were exactly the same frame although it is said Hutch picked out those frames that were closer to perfection for the pro-star.
