thats one of the k serial# kuwi's made by kuwahara and not tange. There was a big talk about this in october/november on that other site, you know the one where you get banned if you have an opinion or are foreign. You should be able to find it.

i cant really see what that brake is actually attatched to, but surely you could weld a plate back in....

The brake is held in by the middle hole of the brake bridge....and must have always been like that so it works fine (well..if the brake actualy worked it would)...just didnt like that it had been modified (hacked at!).

Hehe.....can ride around with the brake on.......the crank would probably fall off anyway...it does like to pop out on either side.

Townsend, that thread was mine Ithink there was certainly a lot of discussion over the frames, I am not convinced, but Earl has a shed load of good stuff to be getting rid of and I just won't bid on one of these frames.

Kusam, just tidy the hacked up bridge as best you can.
