any ideas on removing a completely siezed seatpost, ive run out of ideas, ta.

soak it in diesel mate
fill seat tube up with it and leave for a day or two

I had to remove a very badly rusted/seized seatpost recently that had been there for 20 years. Soaked it overnight in WD40 and then held the frame in a vice while twisting the seatpost with a pair of mole grips. Worked for me anyway

Is it one of them new school ones with the clamp on the top? I ended up clamping a set of burner bars onto the seatpost, slid some forks over the bars, bolted aonther set of forks to the ones I'd just used the slid another pair of bars into the forks.

Gave me about six foot of leverage!
