My mistake - the brake lever is actually a tech 3, although a tech 4 would have been a good choice too, seeing as though it is dated 1984.

Another quality build Neil, how long did that take to get together ?
I see you stand like greyhounds in the slips,
Straining upon the start. The game's afoot:
Follow your spirit, and upon this charge
Cry 'God for Harry, England, and Saint George!'

Cheers Bill. The frame came to me in October some time. Already had the bars, needed the post (cheers Moose) and a few odds and ends. finally got my arse in gear and build it over the weekend.

Looking for another long frame, if anyone's interested in selling theirs.

Never enough - there's a candy red and an orange frame to build yet. But the best is currently at the chromer in Australia - it was a bashed up old pro I frame and forks that had an additional gusset welded onto it and sundry damage to the frame, all of which had to be removed. The headtube had to be repaired and rewelded too. Dropouts reconditioned, etc etc etc. It should arrive back soon - pics when it lands.
