just got a nikyo headset every thing fits apart from the washer/cup  thats sits on the fork for the bearings to sit on its slightly to small and dont fit has any one had this problem ??? i was thinking of fileing the fooker bigger

any decent bike shop will have a crown race tool that actually shaves metal from the forks so it will fit properly.
