Ok guys would love to fit my crank but not sure if i have to put the bottom bracket in a specific way or not

One end un screws the other is fixed. Is there any difference in which side of the bottom bracket i put the spindle in??

the fixed bb side will be the drivwe side the other side where the thred is on your left in the pic will be the non drive side .
