Just got back from my second Physio trip and have been told that I am not allowed to race until the New Year at the earliest and then I've got to be carefull and see how things go, injuries suck. Next time you do some surfacing work at Herne Bay can you make it a bit softer

Just cos you cant ride James doesnt mean you cant come riding!!

This weekend were having a sesh at mine then uk bike park on sunday, why dont you come along??

Sorry to hear your news James. Look at the positives though, you won't have to drag yourself out of bed on a Sunday morning and haul your ass all over the south of England in cold, miserable weather. By the time you're up and running again we'll all be looking forward to the spring and some better weather. You lucky b.
