The chrome would clean up fine on it TBH, the forks that came with it did...

Anyhoo, it's here if anyone fancies a little build.

I had a Screamer, very good frame and still going strong with another owner. No complaints whatsoever, other than it not being very lightweight. Only reason I got rid of it was to thin down the herd.

Dave, what you have there is the Heavy Tools Screamer frame. Screamers came with a platform, the Ruler did not. However they also did a Heavy Tools complete bike, that had a frame like the Screamer but wasnt full cromo - so ther is always the poss that yours is the cheaper complete bike frame - cant remember what it was called, in fact I think it may not have even had a name - just was the Heavy Tools complete -
good old standard copies!

Looking at the graphic on the seattube, I'd go with Screamer. Think mine had one similar.
I'll pass, enough unused spare frames already.

dont send it to the tip!!! No frame deserves that! rattle can spray it and stick it on ebay. And if you dont want to buy the paint, spend the dosh on postage and send it to me - i'll do something with it!
