When we built Blair Witch Trails  :smitten: I seeded all the sides of the jumps with grass seed and threw a mix of all sorts of wildflower on all the bare dirt.

You get extra points with the walker types for being BMX Hippys.

Plus...I am a hippy :LolLolLolLol:  We shift the Earth to make good times. No fooker can complain about that.

Gimmee five mins and I'll post a pic of the track we just finished smack bang in the middle of a popular park.... Its all about making it look good so those that don't get it, get it.

Riden those a couple of times - nice jumps.

Are they dead now? I think you told me you build/ride another spot now on south of Sheff.  Be a shame to let the Blair Witch Trails die like.

Alreet fella.

I moved to Rochdale last year, fell in love wi a lass  :D - so Blairwitch is in someone elses hands now - all the old crew are gone. Been some digging up there by the kids last time I went. But it was well maddening picking up a sackful of litter

Looking for a spot round here now, but its tough cos there just ain't no trees this side of the Pennines! All rocks and sheep man!

Still, keep my digging buzz from the trackbuilding.  :)

thats a sweet X out the bombhole.  :coolsmiley:  :daumenhoch:

Same jump, 2004..

Bigplink sketchy over the side jump

DY lookin' down

DY looking to rid the world of another TA (forks don't look very good on that one either)

God knows what this was supposed to be

And my weapon of choice in 93. 1985 Haro Sport with Pitch forks, Araya Aero's and an ESP stem (Dave Morton in the background)

haha look how much that big double has changed.... to the moon now!

Photobucket has a limit to on the amount of disk space you can use then you have to start paying for it  :'( (i think). I took these pics with my good camera which is 9 megaPixel so thats why there on YTube, plus more people will see them  :)

Broke one of ma favourite spades today  :(

Also had to call the fire brigade after a bunch of local idiots set the middle of the quarry on fire, shame Nige and Ste couldn't apprehend any of them. We gave a hand to put the fire out and the police where well impressed with all the jumps in the quarry. Didn't turn out to bad for us all in all. In fact I think we made a few useful friends.

From yesterday.

Snapped a spade.... :'( :'( :'(

Bugger me, I missed all the action. Had big ideas of doing abit in my garden today, but ive spent all day watching tele and snoozing. The last 3 months must have caught up on me :buck2:
Good to hear the bobbies were impressed, but bad to hear theres idiots hanging about and causing shit.  Theres a fine line in helping nab the buggers cos then they hold a grudge with the quarry and the riders. What can you do FFS

Anyway, what did you get done today?

After two laps around 'blue shale' I was too knackered to do much else   :buck2: so I supervised for a bit  ;) Nige and Maccaz where busy slapping the backside of that jump. I think there might be a bit of a competition on to see who can get the smoothest finish  ::)

Why won't these damned playlist things show up on YouTube, bloody hate computers me
