No intention of selling our current house, just buying a new one.

Wouldn't want to be selling now that's for sure, but as you say it's a buyers market at the moment.

Perfect timing, may well be hard to get a mortgage though, they're being very cagey about new lending.

Looks like being a nice day for a bit of fun so will be loading up later and heading down to Hersden.
