Hello here is my brothers old race bike, he hardly used it, i think he got it in 84, any ghp bofs on ere?got it out the parents attic last week along with my laserlite,he dont want it anymore.

thought so,thank you, is it correct that it has the greg hill signiture on one of the fork legs? im going to take a nice pic and add it to the mueseum under the heading GHP 1984.

Thanks mr Swivel it looks better in the flesh  :shocked:  :shocked: forks look brand new, frame good too, just a few marks on dropouts as he raced it twice.

a copy? of what a ghp? i hope not my dad paid lots of money for it bitd,is there a copy ghp? the serial number is on the left drop out  ,sitting on the bike and it is stamped upside down,is this normal?

ok then he raced it 3 times  :LolLolLolLol: , but truthfully the drop outs arnt that bad,the pics make it loo bad, going to take some better ones, im thinking about ebaying this or selling on here as i need to fund my kuwahara build.i willl buy one of those site supporters badges.

Jt  , My name is Jack yours? the serial number is upside down and it is 0484269   i have been told by a collector on here it was made in april 1984, more pics of drop outs to be added later tonight.

thanks Del, it is a very well built frame and forks , sexy,sleek and could i say Beautiful? it looks far better than my laserlite put side by side ,however i am building my old ride to mount on my wall iin the study to remind me of all the fun i had back on the 80s on  and that was the laserlite.

may i add the bike is not officaly for sale on this forum as i have not got the right to sell, i will buy a supporter tag asap however if i sell it through pms before i get one, i herby promise to donate £10 to rad. ( i promise not to do a runner as i need to buy parts from here for my laserlite   :LolLolLolLol:) also i would like to sell the frame,forks and pads as a set.

it must have been bought in 1984, i have since been told how to measure the frame and read the serial number , it is a GHP LONG , MADE IN APRIL 1984  ,thanks for all the help folks.
