Went Southern champs today, but after a bad start to the day I decided not to race.

But Mrs Ratty more than made up for it, No1 In the South.

Nik, we have had a sh1t year and I am chuffed to bits you made it. Love ya babe.

She is hurtin real bad tonight after getting run over on the finish line.

Well done Mrs Ratty, was well impressed with the fighting spirit on the track today, showed true grit to get the win. Was an inspirational ride, would never have known you'd been outta the saddle for a long period, and not been in training. Can't wait to see you once back to full fitness etc etc. Well done.

It was the 'Henman punch' she did after she won that made her crash (oops!!!)

Clare was completely blameless. Nik took her hand off & got squirrelly, then hit Claire.

Hope she is ok, she has to be, she has to look after you guys!!

Great to see her win.

Great to have the old Tony back as well.

Well done nik, you rode really well and will certainly shake that class up a bit.

Word of advice though bmx racing isn't rugby so you don't have to slide across the line on your belly in celebration.
