i've been told there may been a chance that Runnymede track MAY be got up and running again,don't know how many of you may remember this track.

I think i raced there in the late 80s, on my Haro sport with a gyro and a front brake.
I crashed trying to jump the tripples at the end of the last straight.  :crazy2:

Yes but never knew him personally, never raced him so must have been a different age.

has anyone had a look on facebook at Runnymede's group page?   the track looks fantastic! hats off to Jason King and all the guys that have put so much time and effort into it.(worth a look)

I rode there in the early nineties it was pretty derelict back then hadnt seen a race in a long time i guess, good to hear its fixed up i might have to go and take a look!!

 the runnymede track is very nicely done indeed, lucky to only live a few miles away,
 
they have recently resurfaced track and spent a lot of time and money by the looks of it,

well worth a look i would say, bit tricky to find, so what i do is park out the front of phillip south coat school KT15 2QH

then you go in side a park and thier it is,
