Depends on where you go, Doug Taylor in Bristol does a cracking job (see Stidds or Gasheads builds) for around £200 give or take a few quid. There are a couple of places in London but very pricey, one off the Old Kent Road I can't recall the name of and one in Hounslow I can't recall either
. There is a thread in the tech stickies that gives a few names of good chromers, but it always helps if the frame was chromed before as the tubes have already been polished. Alternatively you could get SDB to give it a cool colour powdercoat
