been working on this splinned idea for a while now and im not just going to stop at forks i have samples on the way to me now,iv got to add that the cut out on the forks are just to show the working inside the fork and will not be made with the cut outs

your scales must be busted dude look at the weight of them.
how do they stack up as in flex and feel.

 :) Not  to be critical but didn`t a roadbike manufacturer do a frame using this kind of tubing years ago? How do they compare to "regular" tubing forks strengthwise?

splines have been used on many things to increase strength and save weight etc, but until tested i dont know yet but it has been tried and tested in many areas this is decades old stuff  yes like road bikes and such like but proof will be in the pudding i guess

with front bosses  ;) i know its hard to see but the spline is on the butted  area only which increase the strength to surface area ratio but decreases the weight

finished the drawings for his frame and got a meeting with both mark and ronnie tomorrow to go over a few things, so if anybody has anything they want answering about the team like who is not anymore and why and who is etc ronnie will be the man to ask. Also he will put a stop to any rumours that have been flying around
