Yes totally agree it's not a BMX as we would call it, on the plus side it's all buttoned up with no missin parts so should do him ok for knockin about on (it did say on the frame though not for competitive use, so no X Games for him yet!!)

My nephew (fortunatley) does not know anything about BMXs (some say I don't either ) but it's a start and will hopefully encourage him into this great sport/hobby......he said he wants to come to Creation with me (god knows what I can show him though, but the next novice night I'm hopin he'll come along .

get him along to novice night, Uncle paul should get him some new tyres first, I use Asda kevlar beaded freestyle tyres, they are in a bell box but they are made by cheng shin i think.

we will at the very least have him rolling in and riding up the jump box.
