Bike painting service and price guide
« on: September 05, 2008, 08:09 PM »
thought i'd offer my services, here's a rough guide to price's... 8)

F+F & Chainring £75 1 solid colour ie Black, Blue, Red

as above but Metallic or Pearl £80, this also includes any small prep work, stripping the bike and removing any weld spatter  :D

as above but extra colour is £20 per extra colour

Smoothed frame ie: all welds ground and blended into the frame so it looks seamless, £125 including basic paint

Customs ie: Metal flake, holographic flake, fancy blending, patterns, etc £100+ depending on what you want, prices upon discussion but you'll find i'm resonable enough 8)

repairs also taken into consideration...:19:

Silly question time................... can chrome be re-sprayed ????????????????

Also your Andy Ruffell burner has a bit of overspray on the bag in the background.

They all look thukin quality.  :4_17_5:
One build a year, the only way to get it right. No rushing involved.

Lidl's finest overspray  :LolLolLolLol:, yes mate Chrome can be overpainted as long as it's prepped correctly and the right materials are used  :daumenhoch:

I don't have any pictures of a Diamond Back Harry Leary Turbo but there are some in the Museum i'm sure.

All i can say is its Black  :LolLolLolLol: but with a Black/Chrome effect paint job. It looks the dogs danglies.  Someone else may be able to help a bit more here.  :-[ :-[  I don't really want to post  a picture of someone's bike without their permission.

What i do know, is if it can be done, which so far has proved very very hard, a few people would come knocking on your door.
