well, nothing...but I need to learn to do EVERYTHING as I know bollock all.  There's no BITD for me, just a recent interest in BMX.  Plus I'm scared of everything too...not a good start  :-[

Those skate helmets for bikes are not good, its like not having one on!
Safety has always been number one for me but a full face is not cool eh?I think ive had about 6 knockouts and thats with a full face.I watched Ryan do that 1080 at dew tour, messed his face up big time.I dont get this helmet, pad thing. Why do people only use one arm pad?Whats cool about that.Ive got knee pads on my arms because the pads now seem so small.

PK RETRO -  Pegstalls and grinds eh?  Sounds good  :)

Try spending your time learning little baby grinds first. A foot or two long, that kinda thing.  Once you've got a couple of them, speed up for a longer grind and slow down for a stall   :daumenhoch:    Be sure to concentrate on getting your back peg on first and foremost.   ;)

Thanks for the advice TwoBobRob i do have the problem with not getting the back peg on first. I will make sure i concentrate on getting the back peg on first and start small and work up cheers  :daumenhoch:

PK - It's not that the back peg has to go on first, its more that your concentration needs to be on the back peg, the front peg tends to look after itself so long as you keep your bars sraight   :)
